Objective:
I have an interval table that I would like to export as an ESRI shapefile (*.shp) so it can be viewed in other GIS applications with its corresponding attribute data.
Resolution:
Here is a quick workflow that should allow you to export boreholes into a SHP file format.
A lot of the objects in Leapfrog can be exported as CSVs so it's depending on the object in question.
For Boreholes
- Export as OMF (Open Mining Format) located in the Leapfrog [Geo/Works] menu. Select for example the interval table.
- Import the exported object back into Leapfrog [Geo/Works]. The interval table will now be imported as a GIS object (line)
- Export that object again and you will have it as a SHP file.
