Occurrence:
Whenever I attempt to launch, I get the following message:
Check your email. Please click your email and click on the verification link before signing in. Click continue if you are not directed.
However, I have never received a verification email.
Resolution:
When you register, we immediately send an activation link to the email address provided. If you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam or Junk Mail folder - Sometimes legitimate email ends up in spam folders. Please check for an email there. The subject line will be "Confirm your email to complete your registration".
- Wait 20 minutes - It can take up to 20 minutes to receive the email.
- Add "support@seequent.com" to your Contacts or Safe Sender List.
- Double-check the email address you used to register - You can try registering again. Note that if you did not make a mistake you will receive two activation links but the first one will no longer be valid.
If you have already tried all the above suggestions and still did not receive your activation link, please contact support@seequent.com and include your Seequent ID email address.
Single Sign-On (SSO):
If your Seequent ID uses SSO, you should never receive a verification link in your email. Your account will automatically be validated when you log in for the first time.
