Objective:
The objective of this article is to explain how to manage the licenses within your organization using your privileges as an Account Administrator
Resolution:
The number of administration seats are issued to your organization by Seequent's Support Team. Once the seats are issued Seequent Support can assist in assigning your first administration seat. From then on, whomever is subscribed to an administration will have the privileges to manage the users and control the organizations subscriptions.
To access the your Administration Dashboard go to MySeequent.com and sign in.
Once signed in you will see "Administration" at the bottom of the list of the menu on the Left. Clicking "Administration" will take you to the dashboard.
The Dashboard will have a list of Users and their emails (Seequent IDs).
To add a user to your Organization Click the "Add Users" button at the top right and follow the prompts.
To remove a user click the trashcan icon next to the users name and follow the prompts
To assign or remove subscriptions from a user Click the user's name in the list. The User's information will appear with a list of subscription that are currently assigned to the user.
To unassign a subscription simply click the "x" next to the subscription you wish to remove. This will return the subscription to organization's available licence pool and the user will no longer be able to use the geosoft application that required the subscription.
To assign a subscription to a user select the desired subscription from the dropdown list in the "Enter Subscription Name" field and click "Assign Seats". The user will now have access to the Geosoft application associated with the subscription.
Notes:
An Administration subscription allows the client to manage their own licenses and users.
