Objective:
When trying to get a Leapfrog license, I am running into the quota exceeded error which indicates all of the seats in my subscription pool are already checked out ( Error: "Cannot checkout, Quota exceeded"..) I'd like to see who has license checked out.
Resolution:
Your organization will have a designated administrator who has these privileges under My.Seequent.com. (If you don't know who your Administrator is, reach out to your Seequent Account Manager, or email support at: support@seequent.com.
Administration rights are generally set up when the subscription is created, but your team can choose to update/add/remove Administration rights at anytime. You may require more than one administrator you can have another added by contacting Support at: support@seequent.com with the subject line "Add Administrator."
Once Admin Privileges are setup follow the steps in the attached PDF.

It is important to note that the administrator also have privileges to add/remove existing users from your subscription so it is a good idea to keep this group small.
