Symptom:
I have forgotten my password and am selecting "Forgot your password?". I enter my e-mail address but do not receive the e-mail telling me how to change it.
Resolution:
When you reset your password, we immediately send an activation link to the email address provided. If you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam or Junk Mail folder - Sometimes legitimate email ends up in spam folders. Please check for an email there. The subject line will be "Reset Password".
- Wait 20 minutes - It can take up to 20 minutes to receive the email.
- Add "support@seequent.com" to your Contacts or Safe Sender List.
- Double-check the email address you used to register - You can try resetting the password again. Please note: If you did not make a mistake with your first attempt you will receive two password links and the initial email will be invalid.
If you have already tried all the above suggestions and still cannot reset your password, please contact support@geosoft.com and include your Seequent ID email address.
