Occurrence:
I have ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2 or newer installed and I get the following error message in Target for ArcPro when I access the Geoscience Data Portal (Geoscience Data > Find Geoscience Data):
Target for ArcGIS Pro
Error: "Error during unhandled: The invocation of the constructor on type 'Geosoft.WPFControls.Browser.BroswerControl' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception."
And / Or
Target for ArcGIS Pro:
Error during unhandled: Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute.
Resolution:
Use the web based Geoscience Data portals mentioned below to search and download data.
Or
If you are using ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2 and Target for ArcGIS Pro 2.3, you can also resolve the issue by rolling back to ArcGIS Pro 2.7.1.

Root Cause:
This is a known issue in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2.
Issue occurs because version 2.7.2 of ArcGIS Pro ships with CefSharp library version 86. That version of the library contains a code change that breaks compatibility for Target for ArcPro.
Notes:
This issue will occur if you are running ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2 or later. The Geoscience data portal should work within ArcPro versions pre 2.7.2.
