Occurrence:
When trying to launch a Seequent application I am presented with the following error message:
Message from Webpage:
It appears you are using an unsupported browser. Old browser can put your security at risk, may be slow, and don't work with some of the features supported by newer browsers. In order to access these Seequent services, you will need to use another browser application.
Resolution:
The current browser you are using is unsupported. In order to access the service, you will need to use an alternate browser. For example if using Leapfrog Geo, it will use your default browser in Windows. Hit the Windows key, then type Default Apps. Scroll down to Web Browser, and change your browser.
We would recommend you utilize the latest version of one of the following supported web browsers: Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. You may need to check with your IT department as to which browser is recommended and supported within your environment.
