Symptom:
I have Seequent subscriptions assigned to my Seequent ID, however, when I log into MySeequent to review them, I do not see any subscriptions assigned to my email. Instead, I am presented with the following error:
Oops! Something went wrong.
Resolution:
- Clear cookies (open Chrome and at the top right, click More> More tools> Clear browsing data)
- Do a Hard Refresh (open Chrome and at the top right, click More> More tools> Developer tools > right-click the refresh button and select Hard Reload).
