Error: "TDEM Time Windows and Waveform Window" and "A Windows.Form GUI exception occurred. Please contact Geosoft support with the following information: Overflow error."

Occurrence:

After creating a new TDEM VOXI (1D or 2.5D) project and adding data to the VOXI model, the following error is given when clicking on the TDEM Waveform and Time Window menu item under Settings. 

TDEM Time Windows and Waveform Window.

Followed by:

A Windows.Form GUI exception occurred. Please contact Geosoft support with the following information: Overflow error.

 

Resolution:

  1. Click OK to close down the error message and the "TDEM Waveform and Time Windows" window.
  2. In the VOXI Manager, right-click on Data Source and select Modify.
  3. Click Next all the way to the last page and click Finish.
  4. From the "Settings" menu try viewing the waveform again by going to TDEM Waveform and Time Windows.
