Occurrence:
I am getting the following error when attempting to run a VOXI job:
An error occurred while attempting to validate your VOXI job, please try again. If this problem recurs, contact Geosoft Support. Error: Authorization has been denied for this request.
Resolution:
Sign-in and out of Seequent Connector:
- Close your open Geosoft application.
- Locate the Seequent Connector in the System Tray and right-click it and select Sign-Out.
- Launch your Geosoft application and sign-in using your Seequent ID.
- Try again.
If the error message continues, please attempt the following.
Close your opened Geosoft application.
- Sign out of Seequent Connector by right-clicking the Seequent Connector icon in the System Tray and selecting Sign Out.
- Uninstall Seequent Connector using the Control Panel > Program and Features.
- Launch your Geosoft Application and sign in using your Seequent ID.

Root Cause
This error appears to be related to a connection issue between the application and VOXI server. It may also occur if the cached credentials are no longer valid.
