Symptom:
I have recently installed Target for ArcMap on my machine. The install window says it was successful and that the extension was installed. However, when I launch ArcMap the Target for ArcGIS toolbars are not available for selection when I go to Customize > Toolbars or right-click to select a Toolbar.
Resolution:
Ensure you are still licensed to install and run Target for ArcMap by checking your Subscriptions in MySeequent:
- Locate the Seequent Connector icon in the system tray.
- Right-click Seequent Connector and click Subscriptions.
- In MySeequent, ensure your Seequent ID has a Target for ArcGIS subscription assigned that is still valid. NOTE: click on the assigned subscription and review the Expiry date in the Details panel.
If you don't have an assigned subscriptions for Target for ArcMap, or the subscriptions assigned to you has expired, you will need to speak with your MySeequent Administrator to have a maintained subscription assigned to you, or reach out to your Account Manager to discuss options.
Assuming you have a valid subscription, follow these steps:
