Global technical support via telephone or email
Geosoft technical support provides expert advice and prompt solutions to your technical problems via phone or email. With four of our six offices worldwide offering support, Geosoft is able to provide 20 hours of support coverage per day, Monday to Friday. Therefore, no matter where you are in the world you will be able to get support when you need it.
The technical support team can assist with the following:
- Identifying and troubleshooting problems
- Addressing workflow and general usage questions
- Explaining what certain parameters can help customers to accomplish
- Identifying and logging bugs and feature requests
Software releases and updates
With your subscription you gain access to numerous software releases and updates throughout the year. These upgrades keep you up-to-date with technology advances and provide continual workflow enhancements to increase your productivity.

The purchase of a Geosoft subscription includes access to the software, software updates, and support services which can be renewed on flexible terms. If you choose not to renew your subscription, you will no longer have access to the software, updates, or technical support services. If you require access to the software, after your subscription has expired, you can discuss various options with the Client Services Team.
