Occurrence:
I am trying to create a new Seequent ID but when I try to create an ID I get the following error:
"Registration Failed. This email exists, sign in or reset password."
Resolution:
This error indicates the Seequent ID may already exists.
- Try to login using the Seequent ID and your suspected password.
- If that fails, try to reset the password using the steps outline in this article: How to reset a Seequent ID password
