Error: "Registration Failed, This email exists, sign in or reset password."

Occurrence:

I am trying to create a new Seequent ID but when I try to create an ID I get the following error:

"Registration Failed. This email exists, sign in or reset password."

Resolution:

This error indicates the Seequent ID may already exists.

1. Try to login using the Seequent ID and your suspected password. 
2. If that fails, try to reset the password using the steps outline in this article:  How to reset a Seequent ID password
