How to send in Leapfrog System Information as generated by Leapfrog

Objective:

I need to send in the System Information of my computer to the Seequent support team

Resolution:

  1. With Leapfrog Open click the drop down next to the name (Leapfrog ....) in the top left
  2. Click About
    SysInfo1.PNG
  3. Change tab to System Info
  4. Copy to Clipboard
    SysInfo2.PNG
  5. Paste in support email (eq.) and send to the support team.

Notes:

  • Workflow is the same in all Leapfrog products.
