Occurrence:
I'm trying to check out my Leapfrog Geo Subscription. I receive a permission error:
Error: "Issued At claim (iat) cannot be in the future."
Resolution:
There are a number of potential resolutions to this issue.
- You may need to adjust the Date and Time settings on your PC.

- Please go to Settings on your computer
- Search for 'Date and Time settings'
- In the Date and Time window, set the "Set time automatically" to "On" or an option to "sync now".
- Once updated reopen Leapfrog and you should be able to access a license.

- If persists after sync, ensure you using the latest version of Leapfrog. The most recent release can be downloaded from our website at: https://my.seequent.com/products.
- If you are on the most recent version, close the application and try logging in a second time.
Root Cause
Windows clock not set to synchronize with a time server. This may occur due to recent changes with daylight savings.
