Symptom:
I am trying to log out of Leapfrog but get a message advising:
Failed to release seat.
Resolution:
- Go to the top left Main Menu > About
- Select the “Permissions” tab
- Click “Select Extensions”
- Sign in again using the same Seequent ID that you were previously signed in with.
- In Leapfrog now click your name in the top right and select release seat. You should then be able to release the seat as expected.
- Close Leapfrog
Root Cause:
Leapfrog thinks you are offline, once you sign in you can release your seat again.
