Occurrence:
I get the following error message when attempting to log into log into Central Server
"Log in failed. You are not authorised to access this Central Server"
Resolution:
- Close Leapfrog Geo.
- Open Windows Explorer and browse to the folder located at `C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\ARANZ Geo\Geo\`. The client may need enable hidden folders on his machine to see this directory.
- In this location, there should be a folder named "cef-*" Where the * will be a selection of numbers and decimal points.
- The client will need to right-click and cut this folder, then paste it to their desktop. Essentially removing it, but keeping a backup in case it needed to be moved back.
- Start Leapfrog Geo.
- Attempt signing in, or if already signed in - sign out and sign back in.
If that doesn't work then try signing out of Leapfrog and Seequent Connector and signing back in.

May be due to a connection to the Seequent Connector
