Occurrence:
I am getting this error when trying to utilise the Imdex IQ integration
“Live data connection error
401 - Unauthorised”
Resolution:
You need to create an API key for the user instead of using the 'integrations' tab of IMDEX.
To create an integration key select your user account (top right) to enter the account management area and under API Keys choose generate a new API key.
