Occurrence:
I get the following error message when attempting to opening Leapfrog application Error: "Permission Error: Permission denied C:\User\***Username***\AppData\Local\Temp\Leapfrog Geo logs\Geo.log Please try closing all Geo processes or restarting your PC".
Resolution:
Attempt the following resolution in the order presented:
- Restart the PC.
- Deleting the file mentioned in the error. In the example above this would be the Geo.log. Then restart the application.
- Uninstall and re-install Leapfrog application. (If you require a new download you can get one here: https://my.seequent.com/products)
- Delete a Seequent related certificate on your PC by following the steps outlined in this article.
