Error: "Unable to initialize the drillholes. The required DH_Depth channel in the Dip-Azimuth Survey database was not found. Either correct/re-import this database or delete it."

Occurrence:

When importing drillhole data using DH-Data> New Project > New Project from Mx Deposit into Target, only the Collar/Header table is imported and I get prompted with an error message referring to the survey database.

Resolution:

  • Open up the Survey table within Mx Deposit and rename the Azimuth and Dip columns to "DH_Azimuth" and "DH_Dip" respectively.
  • Re-import full project

Root Cause

As of this moment, the Survey Tables 'Azimuth' and 'Dip' column name is required to match Targets default registered column names in the collar table (DH_Dip, DH_Azimuth).
