Troubleshooting

• Why is my voxel missing from my 3D PDF after exporting my 3D Map.
• MGRP Command syntax problem
• The grid I have added to my map extends beyond the boundaries / extents of my map.
• When importing a file into a Geosoft application the program crashes without an error message or an abort.

Error Message

• Error: "The TIFF file ***.tif is not support. Other errors: Failed to determine grid range".
• "Error: Invalid group number <#>". Occurs when plotting drillholes on a section
• Error: "Unable to run **\**\**\**\**\**.gs".
• Error: "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http.Formatting, Version-5.2.6.0, Culture=neutral. PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified".
• Error: "Unable to initialize the drillholes. The required DH_Depth channel in the Dip-Azimuth Survey database was not found. Either correct/re-import this database or delete it."
• Error: "Unable to open project: ****.gpf. This project may already be open in another Oasis montaj session".
